Krishna Kotak
Krishna Bhagwan Kotak has entrepreneurial experience of 39 years in shipping & logistics with vast experience in establishing and operating infrastructure assets in the private sector. Mr. Kotak pioneered the concept of project logistics in India and also founded Brinks Arya, India's largest secured transportation company. He has also served on the board of various trade associations and advisory committees pertaining to the sector.
Duncan Stahl
Served as the Executive President of the Federation of International Racketlon since 2018, overseeing the growth of 42 national federations worldwide and promoting the FIR Racketlon World Tour. In addition, he consults for the Malta Squash Association, focusing on the planning and development of new sports facilities. Currently ranked 11th in the world in Racketlon, Duncan has won multiple championships and is a qualified coach in both Padel and Lawn Tennis.

Former International Badminton player and currently the President of the Racketlon - India Sports Association (RISA). He is actively expanding the RISA footprint domestically and Internationally.
Cdr. Sunil Dhulekar
An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Sunil was commissioned into the Indian Navy in 1977. Specializing in Communications and Electronic Warfare, he became the first Indian Naval Officer selected for the prestigious Principal Warfare Course by the Royal Navy. He served as Signals Communication Officer on INS Viraat and later as Fleet Communication Officer for the Eastern Fleet. After retiring, he joined Arya Offshore, a J M Baxi Group company, where he served as CEO for over 25 years, transforming it into a leading integrated logistics provider for the oil and gas sector.
Mr. Makarand Newalkar
A Civil Engineer from Mumbai University, boasting over 39 years of experience with Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and J. M. Baxi & Co. Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Technical Services, where he identifies business opportunities in new port projects under India’s privatization initiative, handling bid preparation, joint ventures, and project funding. As a key member of the senior management team, Makarand has hands-on experience in project implementation, feasibility analysis, and evaluation.
